Looking for flavourful coffee and that feel good factor? Well a popular Mission business can help! We are pleased to introduce you to local independent manufacturer and café, Grab-A-Java, who give you the opportunity to enjoy a freshly brewed, fair trade and organic cup of coffee right here in Mission.

Owner Dave Perritt opened the café 22 years ago and after years of searching for quality product that met his ethical viewpoint, decided to take manufacturing into his own hands. Now operating a small batch-roaster he is able to offer socially responsible coffee by purchasing fresh beans through Café Femenino, a program that helps female farmers to use the production and sale of their own product as the vehicle to create social change.

  1. I am often “head down” roasting coffee, sourcing different green beans, training Barista’s and so much more so much appreciated article. We have a wonderful space at Roasterie to do public “cuppings” and tastings which we are soon to offer.
